Apply for the death certificate from the website of the UAE Ministry of Health Prevention.
Obtain a NOC from requesting the Dubai Municipality to authorize the burial.
Pay the necessary fees to the Municipality for children or adult burial.

Burial Permit from Dubai Municipality
